Theresa Tyler. is a health care professional with extensive experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, medical administration and independent living. Theresa has a 40-year background as a caregiver in skilled nursing, as well as 5 years in a respiratory unit caring for patients that were on ventilating machines. Her experience included working as a Medical Assistant working with Physician, NP and Dentist in the infirmary unit in Madera with the Department of Corrections. This has helped her to develop a deep understanding of patient care across various settings. She has transitioned into consulting, lending my expertise to support Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) owners.

As the founder of a consulting business, Theresa helps RCFE homeowners navigate the State of California's patient care funding approval process, ensuring compliance and successful integration into state healthcare programs. Holding a (RCFE) Administrator certificate, Theresa continues to be a resource in the senior care industry. She has a passion of advocacy and operational excellence; I remain dedicated to the community in other areas as well. Theresa currently sits on a board that gives yearly college Scholarships through the David Viancourt Memorial Scholarship fund for those who seek higher education. Theresa currently works within my church and in the community helping those that need help with understanding Medi-Cal programs and what it offers as well as the Veteran Administration at no charge. The changes since Covid 19 have brought changes that are going into effect and has cause a lot of confusion to the those who may be trying to apply in the last 2 years.
